Bigfoot donuts website will offer the user an opportunity to interact with clients through fun and exciting manner. It will be internet enabled and the user will use internet browser to have access on it. The new product; personalized donuts will be sold via the website upon accessing the site. To ensure interactive interface between the user and client, there will be a lot of focus during its creation to ensure fun during the process. Different pages will be used to ensure faster access of any information about the cupcakes.

Needs statement

To improve user level of satisfaction, personalized donuts will be available in our website with all relevant information such as easy methods of preparing the cupcakes, required colors and ingredients, different sizes among others. Differentiating feature of the new product will felt upon tasting the cupcakes since its sweet with fine smell (Prabhu, 2019).

Functioning of the website

Home page

This is the first page of the website and will try to inform the client on different things about the personalized cupcake. Upon accessing the page, logging in will be a required so as to open your profile. Clients’ color references, flavors and ingredients used will be available in this page. Sample images of cupcake buildings and the final product will be available to inspire client during any site visit. The page will be attractive in nature with user color palette according to client’s needs and preferences (Samková, 2018).

Page 2:  (previous orders)

Due to increased number of clients for the products, the page will enable classification of clients’ with similar needs and preferences and also save new clients. User’s previous orders information will be available on this page and it will definitely save on time. Similarly, images of the final products will be available so as clients can add into their orders if they wish (Samková, 2018).

Page 3: tracking of the order

To ensure the client is always updated in terms of delivery update of his order, every track information will be available on this page.  Image of the delivered product will also be provided so as to boast the morale of the customer. Time and date of delivery will be available on the page thus reducing many complaints from the client (Shuen, 2018). To avoid confusion among different clients, crucial details of the order such as personal address, image of ordered product and order details will be available on this particular page.

Page 4: Check out Card option for the user will be provided at this page and any money update about the after transaction will be available.  Automatic deduction of amount spent on orders will be possible and this will save clients time. The site will be helpful towards promoting the new Bigfoot products to its customers. After successful completion of intended transaction, one will opt out without any complication.
